For patients having accepted dental insurance plans, we are pleased to file your insurance claim for you and work with you to maximize your insurance benefits for covered procedures, noting that most insurance plans do not cover unlimited types of dental procedures.

It's important that you know what your insurance benefits are and what is covered, because major insurance plans rarely cover all types of procedures. So in these instances, if your insurance company reimburses the subscriber, full payment will be due at your appointment time.

Please note that we do not accept or file claims for Medicaid, Medicare or HIP or supply any documentation to file Medicaid, Medicare or HIP claims.
