If you have dental insurance, we will file your insurance claim for you and work with you to maximize your insurance benefits for any covered procedures. While we do not accept or file claims for Medicaid, Medicare or HIP we will supply you with the documentation to file your claim for any covered procedures. In addition, we offer several payment options and accept personal checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Plus, we participate in Wells Fargo financing and Care Credit to offer payment plan options. (Details below.)
Please note that any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. If your insurance company reimburses the subscriber, payment will be due in full at the time of the appointment. It is your responsibility to know your insurance benefits. Regardless of what your insurance covers, you are responsible for all fees charged. Most insurance plans do not cover everything necessary to keep your mouth healthy.
