Dr. Coulter DDS, FAGD, FICOI is well known as the best dentist in the greater South Bend, Indiana area. Dr. Coulter has been in private practice since he graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in May 1993. He received Fellowship awards from the Academy of General Dentistry and the International College of Oral Implantology. Dr. Coulter is also a graduate of the Misch Dental Implant Institute, the Dawson Institute, and the Kois Center. He is certified in IV sedation.
Dr. Coulter is also a member of the following: Indiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and the North Central Dental Society (past President).

While our office does not accept or file claims for Medicaid, Medicare or HIP, we will file with all other dental insurance carriers. Note too, that we are not in-network with any insurance companies.
Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. If your insurance company reimburses the subscriber, all payments will be due in full at the time of the appointment. It is your responsibility to know your insurance benefits. Regardless of what insurance covers, you are responsible for all fees charged. Most insurance plans do not cover everything necessary to keep your mouth healthy.
For your convenience we accept personal checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also participate in Wells Fargo financing and Care Credit to offer payment plan options.
